Private cookery classes are designed to bring a professional, hands-on culinary experience directly to you. These sessions can be arranged for individuals or groups, and—unless an alternative venue is agreed—are carried out in your own kitchen. Group size depends on your available space.

I bring all equipment and ingredients required, and each dish is demonstrated step by step at a relaxed, leisurely pace, with plenty of time for questions, guidance, and expert advice throughout. All recipes are sent to you after the session so you can confidently recreate everything at home.

These classes are ideal for birthdays, family gatherings, special occasions, or for individuals who simply want to improve their cooking skills and master new dishes. Authentic Birmingham Balti Class

Learn how to create a full authentic Birmingham Balti experience from scratch. Menu includes, Chicken Balti (or paneer or vegetable), Chana saag (chickpea, spinach, and coconut side dish), Roti naan & Flame-roasted poppadoms.

Secrets of Indian Restaurant Curries Masterclass

A deep dive into authentic Indian restaurant cooking techniques. This class covers base gravy, tomato masala sauces, spicing, and pre-prepared meats and vegetables, giving you a full understanding of how restaurant-style curries are created. Approximately 70% demonstrational, followed by hands-on cooking where you prepare your chosen restaurant-style curries. You can also include dishes such as biryani, pilau rice, or any Indian menu favourites.

Authentic Italian Cookery Class

Learn how to create classic Italian dishes from scratch in a relaxed, hands-on session. Dishes include homemade pasta, arancini, arrabbiata sauce, Caprese salad, and authentic Italian pizza classics. You will learn how to make dough, sauces, and toppings from scratch, with a professional pizza oven brought to your venue for perfect results.

Lebanese Vegan Cookery Class

A fully plant-based class focused on fresh, vibrant Middle Eastern flavours. Dishes include hummus, baba ganoush, falafel, flatbreads, and fresh salads.

Indian Cooking Masterclass (Full Day Option Available)

A comprehensive cooking experience that can run as a full-day session, covering multiple courses prepared entirely from scratch. You can design your own menu, typically including a rice dish, bread, side dish, and main dish, all tailored to your preferences and cooked using fresh ingredients.
