About Chef Steve

I was lucky enough to grow up in a foodie family, and started working in a restaurant at 14. Since then, food has remained a constant passion, taking me across nearly 70 countries and exposing me to a wide range of food cultures and techniques.

That journey now shapes what I offer today, from private, public, and corporate cookery classes to catering and private chef services for all kinds of occasions.

Whether it’s cookery classes or private chef and catering services, everything is designed around creating the right experience for the occasion. Cookery classes are relaxed, informative, fun, memorable and inspiring. Private chef and catering services are about taking the pressure away completely—allowing you to enjoy your event while I take care of everything food-related.

Everything is carefully planned, reliable and well executed from start to finish—and that consistency is what my clients come back for.
