How It Works
I bring a taste of Italy to you! I’ll arrive at your home or chosen location with everything needed for the session – fresh ingredients, aprons, equipment, and authentic Italian vibes. Whether you’re rolling out pasta dough or shaping arancini, this session is designed to be immersive, approachable, and delicious from start to finish.
What You’ll Learn
In this class, you’ll master:
• Fresh pasta made completely from scratch
• A bold and punchy arrabbiata sauce (perfect with your pasta!)
• Golden, crispy Sicilian arancini – filled and fried to perfection
• The perfect Caprese salad with tips for selecting the best ingredients
We’ll cook at a comfortable pace, with time for questions, tips, and Italian kitchen secrets. Expect plenty of laughs, great aromas, and generous tastings throughout the class (containers for leftovers included)!
Fun fact: I was taught my arancini recipe by the mother of Rita DeMarco a famous bridal model in Marsala, Sciliy!
