Real Italian Pizza – Private Cooking Class
Experience the joy of making pizza like they do in Italy – right from your own kitchen!
How It Works
I bring the pizzeria to you! I’ll arrive at your home or chosen location with everything needed for the session – ingredients, aprons, equipment, even a professional electric pizza oven (although I can show you how to make professional pizza in your home oven too). Choose your toppings in advance of the class and I’ll bring them along! These sessions are designed to be insightful, hands-on, and full of flavour.
What You’ll Learn
In this class, you’ll master:
- Perfect pizza dough from scratch
- A delicious homemade pizza sauce
- Tips for perfect toppings (choose in advance)
- How to achieve restaurant-style results with my pro oven – or your own at home
You’ll cook at a relaxed pace with time to ask questions, pick up fun pizza facts, and learn tricks of the trade. And yes—there’ll be plenty of pizza to enjoy during and after the session (pizza boxes included)!
Fun fact: I run a very popular pizza stall once a month!
